SHIPPING AND PAYMENTS

We provide standard delivery usually guaranteed within 48 hours excluding non-working days, throughout the Italian territory. In case of problems, the times could last for several days, we are committed to doing everything possible to respect the deadlines and have shipments as fast as possible. Shipments are always paid except for promotions and can be made all over the world following the costs relating to each area you want to ship to, except in the case of promotions where it is explicitly described that the shipping cost is eliminated.

2. ORDER STATUS AND TRACKING

All orders placed Monday to Friday (excluding holidays) will be processed and shipped within 2 business days of payment being received. This may vary depending on which payment method you use. Bank Transfer usually takes several days to appear unless you use an instant transfer. As for card payments, it is usually almost instantaneous except for some circuits which require 1-2 working days.

Local deliveries

Various local delivery or pickup options are available.

Collection on site – The in-store pickup option is available for an order placed and paid for online

24 hour courier – It takes place within 24 hours with the possibility of payment also on delivery at a cost of €5 for areas surrounding the center of Naples

National deliveries

Standard Courier – is available at a cost of €5 and takes approximately 48 hours to reach you from the moment the order is shipped.

Once your order ships, you will be sent a confirmation email with your tracking number. You can check and monitor the delivery status of your orders via the order tracking area. There will be an additional cost for redelivery, storage and miscellaneous in the event that no one was present to receive the package or the address during sending/registration was incorrect. Please provide your contact number under the selected address at checkout so that the courier can contact you in case of unforeseen circumstances, preferably mobile numbers.

National deliveries (Sicily and Sardinia islands)

Standard Courier – it is available at a cost of €8 and takes approximately 48/72 hours to reach you from the moment the order is shipped

International deliveries

For all international deliveries, the time taken depends on the area and which logistics partner will be chosen based on the most convenient price for you. However, you can monitor the status from the order tracking area.

Mark

We offer the cash on delivery service only on shipments in central Naples and surrounding areas. Contact us on Whatsapp or Instagram for further information.

Note for marking:

In case of refusal of the cash on delivery, the customer will have to pay the sum equal to the doubled costs of the shipments, using the payment methods decided by us.

Shipping notes:

The indicated times of 24/48/72h are indicative average times of the couriers and not determined, therefore deliveries can vary even by days based on the amount of work of the couriers during the week, which does not fall under our responsibility and above all in the periods of national holidays (Easter, Christmas, New Year, Epiphany, etc.) we therefore invite our kind customers to always make advance purchases during these specific periods.

3. TAXES, DUTIES AND TARIFFS

For all international orders, you will have to pay all import taxes, duties and tariffs (if any) according to the laws in force in your country to clear customs.

4. PAYMENT METHODS

We accept payments via credit/prepaid cards, Apple Pay, Postepay and bank transfer.

From today you can also pay with Paypal Pay in 3 installments! you can pay in 3 installments by entering some data during the purchase. Payment in installments is always accepted and there is no need for additional documentation. You can pay in installments for orders starting from €35 up to €2000. Payment in installments occurs by paying the first installment immediately and the other two 30 and 60 days after the first. It's an easy way to make important purchases by paying negligible sums.
